The sealer on the surface of the pavement which is exposed to wind and sun and not the binder itself. Regular application of sealers- usually every two or three years depending on the region and traffic flow- will extend the life of your pavement.

3. Increases flexibility: As opposed to concrete pavements, asphalt pavements are called flexible surfaces, which are inflexible. It is necessarily flexible under their weight when cars and trucks pass over the pavement of the dumb. As the sidewalk ages and becomes brittle the sidewalk becomes less flexible and can create traffic cracks. By applying the sealer regularly you help the pavement maintain its flexibility and slow down the path of fragility.

4. Prolongs the life of the pavement: The combined effect of all these things that sealcoating and striping makes a pavement is that it extends the life of the pavement. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions.

5.
