Our free consultation and offer process is extensive. First our project managers inspected all the properties and parking lots before submitting the proposal. We evaluate the pavement floor, the condition of any concrete carburetor, the ADA compliance, the municipality code compliance and the property for traffic flow. Our project managers will then suggest options for repairing your parking lot and suggest the best option to work within your budget. Once our customer has determined which proposal works best, we create a site plan for the property. This ensures that all territories were addressed at the time of the sending of our troops. Once your signed proposal is returned to our office, the process of scheduling your work begins. We manage all aspects of the work and provide a professional job every time.
