Sealcoating:It is not only important to make the parking lot look great, but it is also important to have a sealcoating for its maintenance. Sealcoating is a liquid coal tar or asphalt based sealer that protects asphalt from sunlight, snow, ice and salt and enhances its appearance. Sealcoating is not a structural repair. In order to do the work of sealcoating, any structural failure or fetal needs to be repaired in advance. The surface is then cleaned and all dirt, dust and debris are blown out of the heavy duty air blowers. The help of a special bonding agent is taken to allow any severe oil stains to adhere to the sealer. The sealer is then sprayed on the pavement for uniform coverage.As a result it adds to your asphalt, with the exception of the beautiful black finish, making the sealcoating easier to sweep and clean.



Striping:Once the parking lot has been sealed, parking stalls have to be re-striped to help restore its resistance. Line striping is an important element for your parking. It provides a strong safety factor for parking by creating good line stripping directions. Vehicles without striping will drive wherever they please or poor quality stripping will create a weak arrangement in the security system. Line stripping should always be protection first, then functionality. It ensures the safe and smooth flow of traffic to your vehicles and pedestrians as well as it provides visible beautifying elements with your business.
